A better University begins with..

 I know that I already told you about my college career in my other posts, but if someone forgot it, I will help you to remember. I am studying Interpretación Musical at the Universidad de Chile. It means that I am a musician (or I will), with specialty in playing violin.

If I have to answer you about what things could be better in my career, the first point that comes to my mind is the proper building and infrastructure of my campus.

These place is more than one hundred years old, and it seems like it haven't received improvements since its construction.

It's an ugly ten floors building, situated in the centre of Santiago, who has two elevators that hardly ever work, and it has only about three restrooms in the whole structure. It doesn't have a yard space with some grass and the rain water drops in the classrooms.

This year, the students decided to paralize all the academic activities for a few days to demand basic security conditions. The building has been having electric problems that make it very dangerous for everyone who works and studies there. Finally, we got an agreement with the university authorities, but every year the students ask for a safe and kind place, but the things still being the same way. I hope the things will be different this year.

In a second point, but equally important, I would improve the social side of the career.

Interpretación Musical has specialties in each  musical instrument, with different teachers and schedule, so I haven't had the oportunity of known all my violin partners!

I think having groupal classes would be a good idea.

Having friends and people that help you is a good way to survive these college years.

My future (dream) job

 In my school all the kids had to learn some music and how to play an instrument.  The teachers chose the violín for me. (How they choose an instrument for each person is another long story). So, I begun to study on third grade, and I did not stop until I was graduated. These year (2021), I was very insecure about what I want for my future, because there were a lot of things that I liked to do. I decided to take a year to think about it and I worked teaching music classes and a carpentry course for kids, and I loved doing it.  At the end of the year, I was convinced about two things: First, I wanted to continue studying music, and as well in the future I will work as a professor. Now, I am studying Interpretación Musical at the Universidad de Chile, and my dream still being the same. I will work as a violín teacher in the places who needs music the most, and I am not worried about the money, I think it will come to me if I do what I love to do. Ahh! The Music

Did You know? I am studying "Interpretación Musical" at the "prestigious" (jaja- a prívate joke) University of Chile. I play violin since I was nine years old, so the music has been part of my life for many years. Inspite of that, I don't listen to many artists in my day to day. I love to dance the music in the parties or sing the songs in a karaoke's night with my friends,  but I am not very interested in any artist to the point of seeing them in show. (Also the tickets are soo expensive😢) At the moment I am not a mega fan of any artist -new or old-, but in a future obviously I want to live the experience, it must be impressive and a joyfull moment. For now, I can remember with nostalgia how in my school's period I went to a cicle of classical music concertos with my classmates. The most special moments I have was when my violín's school teacher played there, and after the show, I jumped up to the scenary to ask him for an autograph.

The Trip

 Since I was a little long-hair boy (a lot of people mistook me as a girl) I love travel. I have never  been out of Chile, but who cares jaja. I am convinced that I have to know and go all over retreat places in my own country before get out of here. Actually I planned a trip with a friend a few years ago, around 2019, but we had problems with the declaration of a pandemic state everywhere. Even I could not get out of my house within a permission :( At present, I am studying at University, so I still can't make a journey. I hope to do it soon, obviously begin traveling around Chile, here we have beautiful Nature places and monuments to visit.
